8/20/2025 yes we are at it again.  Band o' Coots is our latest release featuring 10 new tracks and a definitive version of Chikn n Rice which has been on our plate almost since the beginning.  Larry, Angel and CM have been working on this for almost 2 years and finally the tracks are here.  Guitar Band, I like to Rock and Streets of Heaven open the project with some tunes meant to be played loud (not too loud kids, save the ears for later).  Inside is rock ballad that slows things down a litte.  Mama Let your Hair hang Down and Old Fashioned Love come next with some quieter moments with help from Campbell native Michael Ray and Bruce Meyer out of Nashville, they add fiddle, violin, steel and strings. Under the Moon follows, all guitars and uke, dedicated to the folks of Lahaina.  Chikn n Rice is served next, a little swing time tune.  One Way Ticket channels Elvis and features chikn picking guitar from Sir Larry and fiddle from MR to bring it home, shark fin Cadillacs and all.  Drive You Crazy suggests putting the devices away for a while and not taking all that online sh++ too seriously.  You Just Never Know is a quiet meditation on the transient nature of human life.  Thanks for reading, party on Wayne and contact us if you need an actual signed CD copy of the project.  getbuffalow@gmail.com

5/7/2022 the new "Herd of Hearing" CDs have arrived and have started to go out to friends and family.  If you are a friend or family member and haven't your copy please email getbuffalows@gmail.com to claim yours.  11 new original tracks recorded over the previous 2 (or 3?) years.  some hard rockin, some countryish with the help of Bruce Hoffman, fiddler, mandolinist and general string man extraordinaire.  with the usual solid heartbeat from Angel Lopez and the guitar attacks and stylings from Larry Aligo. Because of the quarantine situation during the recording Darrell Brokeshoulder does not play bass on the CD but is back in rehearsel with us for the next live appearance.  speaking of which, we hope to announce soon.  This project was recorded at our practice facility with usually 2 of us, occasionally 3, playing together.  A different sound compared to "Circle" but some good tunes and playing, IMHO.

3/14/2022 and here we are again.  after 2 years of sheltering, not sheltering, hiding not hiding masking and unmasking and masking and unmasking we are back!!!  11 new songs are mixed and being mastered for the new project CD and online digital release "Herd of Hearing".  Angel, Sir Lawrence and yours truly endured many sessions of recording, listening, re-writing, re-recording, un masking and masking and recording while safely distancing, etc.  Vitamin B consumed in quantity, vax and Jax.  we're expecting to have the CDs and songs online sometime early to mid April.  live music...a possibility.  hey kids, join us we're going back to Vegas one more time.

Here we are in 2020, hope you all are well.  We,ve been working since last summer on a new project and have about 20 new songs in various stages of array and dis-array.  BUT some pretty good stuff we think.  About evenly divided between acoustic string band and heavy rockers, we’ve been considering splitting it into 2 projects. Been a long time working on this just taking time to write, record a few tracks then go back and edit. We’re doing some rough mixing now.  Mr. Chuck Buffalow has just posted a couple of tune on Facebook “Don’t shake hands with the FedEx Maan” and “Desert Isle” both inspired by the current health crisis.  Stay well.

Hello everyone, we're back at Little Lou's Saturday May 25 with food happening pretty much anytime, love the brisket, and the Buffalows taking the stage at 8 pm. Phil (harpmonster) Taylor will be our special guest again with Kyle Balog from Graceland helping out on bass, Darrell and Diane will not be in town and we'll miss them!  BUT, we are still going to have a great time so if you're in town 5/25 come by and let Lance and the Lou's staff do all the BBQ work (or the pho) and let us put some happy vibe music in your ears!  There might be another special guest with a brand new song, we'll keep you updated.

We had a great time with Little Lou's packed with our fans new and old.  Thanks for the Starbucks crew for showing, the large Aligo family, our patrons the Ditmansons, our buddies from PP, and everybody.  we've been invited back 5/25, nothing open till then.  Hope to see you all and also many of our friends who couldn't make it.  We'll have more shirts so maybe won't sell out this time. 

It’s a long way off but Mark February 8th on your calendar for The Buffalows at Little Lou’s in Campbell from 7-10 pm that Friday night.  No cover; full no host bar and come early as Lou’s is known for their BBQ. Come out and support the band at a local spot.

Circle Round the Sun, our new CD, is now released and available for purchase from our store as a digital download or as a physical disc.  All tunes will be available on iTUNES, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora etc. in early November.  if you join our mailing list we will be sending information on live shows coming up.
